In-stock items are dispatched within 24 business hours of order confirmation from our Hyderabad and Mumbai warehouses. Made-to-order items have lead times stated in the quote.

We deliver across India via trusted logistics partners (Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, FedEx). Metro deliveries typically arrive in 2–3 business days; non-metro locations in 4–6 business days.

Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000. Below that threshold, standard freight charges apply based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Every shipment includes the invoice, certificate of analysis (where applicable), material safety data sheet, and packing list. Customers in regulated industries receive NABL-traceable documentation.

If your shipment arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.

Unopened, undamaged products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order items, opened columns, and consumables with broken seals are non-returnable. Restocking fees may apply.
